All bets, deposits, withdrawals, and other actions carried out through your Account whilst your credentials are active are deemed to have been authorised by you. 777ss accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 777ss makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
777ss reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon closure of an Account for reasons other than fraud or breach of Terms, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds will not be returned upon Account closure where a breach of Terms has occurred.
